Brightwater is a 72-acre waterfront community in Port Credit, built on the former refinery lands along Lake Ontario by a partnership of Kilmer Group, Dream, Diamondcorp and FRAM + Slokker. The community includes condominium buildings, townhomes, shops and public open spaces, delivered in phases.

The current master plan describes about 4,000 homes and 18 acres of public parks and open space, with a waterfront trail and a central main street.

Location

Brightwater sits on the lake, a short walk from Port Credit’s main street, restaurants and marina, with Port Credit GO station close by for trains into downtown Toronto.

Brightwater I and II, the townhomes and The Mason each have their own releases and schedules. One completion year does not describe the whole community, so confirm the building, its civic address, available homes, fees and possession date with the project team.
