A 34-storey tower at Bloor and Huron
Cielo is a condominium by Collecdev Markee at 300 Bloor Street West, in the Annex. The project is built together with the Bloor Street United Church, integrating the church site into the development. KPMB is the architect, and a May 2026 developer announcement confirms the 34-storey tower has topped off.
Location
The site is close to St. George subway station, where the Bloor-Danforth and Yonge-University lines meet, and right beside the University of Toronto, which makes it convenient for students, faculty and anyone who wants a central address with fast transit.
Construction and occupancy
Topping off means the structure is complete, but it is not the same as being ready to move in. Ask for the possession schedule for the suite you are considering.
Suites and pricing
Suite layouts and pricing have not been published here. Request current layouts, included features and prices from the sales team. Older figures, including a 30-storey height and launch-era fees, are no longer current.
Who is Cielo for?
Cielo suits buyers who want a central Annex address beside the University of Toronto, in a tower that is already structurally complete. Compare it with other pre-construction condos in Toronto, or register on this page for availability.
