M City is a phased condominium community at Burnhamthorpe Road West and Confederation Parkway, a short walk from Square One. Rogers Real Estate Development and Urban Capital developed the initial towers, which are known for their distinctive architecture and amenities.
Where each tower stands
M1 and M2 are completed. M3 has phased occupancy under way, with overall completion estimated for the fourth quarter of 2026. The City of Mississauga lists M5 for the fourth quarter of 2027 and M4 for the fourth quarter of 2028. The original M6 release was cancelled. On October 26, 2026, Urban Capital announced it had acquired the remaining M6, M7 and M8 lands, and future plans for those sites have not been confirmed.
