An 85-storey landmark at Yonge and Bloor

One Bloor West, formerly known as The One, is an 85-storey mixed-use tower under construction at 1 Bloor Street West, on the corner of Yonge and Bloor. It is one of the tallest towers in Canada, directly above the Bloor-Yonge subway interchange, where the city’s two main subway lines meet, and next to Yorkville and the Bloor Street shopping district.

Restructuring and Tridel’s role

The project went through a restructuring, and in May 2025 Tridel was retained as development, construction and sales manager. Buyers should confirm the current sales arrangements and legal documents directly, because historical prices and presale terms from before the restructuring should not be treated as current offers.

Occupancy

Tridel currently projects interim occupancy beginning in spring 2027 and building completion in early 2028. These dates can change, so confirm the contractual dates for the specific suite you are considering.
